Why “private by architecture” matters in a practice

Cloud AI scribes and note tools ask you to route client information through their servers — which means vendor agreements, data-handling questions, retention policies, and a breach surface you don’t control. Many practitioners simply won’t do it, and spend hours a week on documentation instead.
